Harvard Prof's Proxy Access Case Against EA Revived

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 12:55 PM EDT) -- A Harvard law professor with a penchant for shareholder access cases has been given another chance to increase shareholder power at video game producer Electronic Arts Inc.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Friday ruled that, because of changes to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission proxy access rules, a lower court must reconsider its dismissal of Lucian Bebchuk's case against EA.
