AB InBev Faces Fresh ERISA Suit Over Pension Plan

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev NV has been hit with a proposed class action alleging it failed to deliver on its promise to pay enhanced pension benefits to employees of AB entities that were sold as a result of the 2008 merger with InBev.

Former salaried employees of Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. filed the complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
