BLR Wants 2nd Chance On Air Force Contract Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- BLR Group of America Inc. has asked the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to reconsider its dismissal of a suit seeking to void a negative and allegedly inaccurate performance review stemming from a terminated contract with the U.S. Air Force.

The court erred in holding that BLR's written response opposing its 2007 Contract Performance Assessment Report did not satisfy rules requiring companies to exhaust administrative claims processes before filing suit, the company said in a motion Thursday.
