Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 2:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has put the brakes on Nanya Technology Corp.'s attempt to speed up the settlement process with indirect purchaser plaintiffs, including 33 state attorneys general, in the multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory market.
