Mintz Levin's Dismissal From Fraud Suit Affirmed

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 5:10 PM EDT) -- New York's highest court has affirmed a ruling dismissing Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC from a lawsuit brought by Israeli investors who said they were unknowingly charged about $6 million in commissions on real estate investments in New York.
