BMW Nears Deal In Action Over ‘Cracking’ Wheels

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 1:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge is weighing a proposed settlement between BMW of North America LLC and a class of up to 26,000 vehicle owners that would resolve a lawsuit alleging the automaker failed to warn consumers of “premature cracking” on its alloy wheels.
