C.R. Bard Hit With Antitrust, Product Liability Suits

Law360, New York (February 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Health care products maker C.R. Bard Inc. has been hit with two putative class action lawsuits in federal courts, a personal injury suit and an antitrust suit.

Both suits are referenced in Murray Hill, N.J.-based Bard’s latest 10-K, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. In that filing, Bard says it intends to defend itself vigorously against both suits.
