ITC Maintains Duties On Water Treatment Chemicals

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 11:29 AM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to keep in place anti-dumping duties of 129 percent on imports of one water treatment chemical from China and up to 286 percent on imports of another from China and Spain.

Pulling back the duty orders on potassium permanganate imported from China and chlorinated isocyanurates imported from China and Spain would likely materially injure the U.S industry in the near future, the ITC said Monday.
