Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- One of Bernard Madoff’s alleged victims has challenged a bankruptcy court decision to strike down arguments from an appeal that aims to revive several stayed putative class actions against an alleged co-conspirator in the massive Ponzi scheme.
