Lenox Settles Bed, Bath & Beyond Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- About a month before its trial was set to begin, Lenox Group Inc. has agreed to pay $500,000 to settle a proposed class action suit that accused the fine china maker of conspiring to fix and boycott sales of tableware to homewares retailer Bed, Bath & Beyond.
