Skilling Ruling Doesn't Kill Dick's Fraud Suit, Feds Say

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have asked the court to reject Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. executives' motion to dismiss their indictment for mail and wire fraud following the U.S. Supreme Court's recent reversal of Jeffrey Skilling's honest service conviction, saying the charges remain valid based on an alternate theory of the crime.
