Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 12:10 PM EDT) -- Mylan Inc. won an order Tuesday barring Apotex Inc. from making a generic form of GlaxoSmithKline PLC's Paxil, in a suit that accuses the brand-name drugmaker and Apotex of seeking to put out a rival copycat version of the anti-depressant in breach of an exclusivity agreement.
Judge Joel A. Pisano of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey enjoined Apotex from manufacturing or marketing the drug until an Oct. 18 hearing on the matter.
