US Wants Sheridan Air Hangar Contract Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 2:47 PM EDT) -- Claiming that the case is not yet ripe, the U.S. government has asked a federal judge to toss The Sheridan Corp.'s bid protest accusing it of improperly pulling the plug on a contract to build a military aircraft hangar in Maine.
