Skullcandy Targets IWave Headphones In IP Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- Skullcandy Inc. has accused iWave Sicura Media Inc. of making and selling earbud headphones with an image of a skull that too closely resemble the plaintiff's trademarks and trade dress.
