Diocese Says Ex-Episcopal Bishop Infringes Its Marks

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 1:36 PM EDT) -- The Episcopal Diocese of Forth Worth, Texas, has launched a trademark infringement suit against a former bishop it says split from the church over disagreements about the role of women and homosexuals, but continues to use the diocese' seal and title.
