US Wants To Ditch Raytheon's Adjustment Cost Spat

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 2:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked a federal judge for summary judgment on claims that it owes defense contractor Raytheon Co. millions of dollars in closing adjustments on the company's sales of four of its units in 2001.

The government lodged a sealed motion in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday, asking for summary judgment or, in the alternative, partial summary judgment on the two largest claims.
