Airlines Fail To Win Over Judge In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 3:08 PM EDT) -- China Airlines Ltd., Air India, Malaysia Airlines and Eva Airways Corp. have failed to persuade a magistrate judge to dismiss an antitrust case accusing them of conspiring to fix prices.

Magistrate Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York said Wednesday that the court should refuse to grant their separate motions to dismiss.
