Guilty Plea Entered In Ex-Cowboy's $21M Fraud Case

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A Texas man has pled guilty to one count of wire fraud in a $20.5 million mortgage fraud scheme allegedly masterminded by a former Dallas Cowboys linebacker.

Jermaine Frederick Frazier, 37, entered the plea Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He will be sentenced in January.
