Sulfuric Acid Makers Fail To Kill Antitrust Class Action

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has paved the way for an antitrust class action to move forward against Norfalco and most of the other sulfuric acid producers accused of engaging in a scheme to fix the prices of the chemical in the U.S. and Canada.
