US Dismissal Bid Fails In Marines Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- FloorPro Inc.'s long-running fight to get paid for work it did at a Marine Corps logistics base in 2002 will continue now that a federal judge has rejected a dismissal bid in which the government claimed FloorPro failed to comply with a six-year statute of limitations.

Senior Judge Loren Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims signed off on a published opinion and order on Thursday denying the government's motion to dismiss the case.
