Dyncorp Wedges Into $44M Defense Contract Case

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Defense contractor DynCorp International LLC has been allowed to intervene in a contract lawsuit rival L-3 Services Inc. brought against the federal government in protest of a U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center contract for defense program support in Afghanistan.
