6th Circ. Affirms Toss Of Owens Corning ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Monday upheld the dismissal of an Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action against Owens Corning’s retirement savings plan, agreeing with the district court that the suit was barred by the ERISA statute of limitations.
