Fed. Circ. Won't Review Camera IP Claim Construction

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has shot down Nokia Corp., Fujifilm Holdings Corp. and five other technology giants' request for interlocutory review of claim construction in several infringement suits brought by St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. over six patents for digital camera technology.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday denied the technology companies' petitions for permission to appeal a magistrate judge's November claim construction order.
