Plaintiffs' Lawyer Deposed In Blackwater FCA Case

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 1:41 PM EDT) -- An attorney for the plaintiffs in a $1.2 billion False Claims Act suit against the company formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide will have to answer questions about the evidentiary basis for her case, which the military contractor has argued should be dismissed because the allegations stem solely from information already in the public record.
