Ex-AIG Real Estate Chief's Contract Suit Survives

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 11:24 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied American International Group Inc.'s partial motion to dismiss a breach of employment contract suit brought by the former head of its real estate arm, Kevin P. Fitzpatrick, and has tossed outright the hobbled insurer's counterclaims.
