Westar Energy Exec Wants Records Expunged

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 12:47 PM EDT) -- The former executive vice president of Westar Energy Inc. has asked the government to expunge all records of his arrest since charges that he bilked the Kansas public utility of millions of dollars were dismissed in light of the Supreme Court's honest services fraud decision.
