ISN's $2M Suit With US Over Indirect Costs Is Trimmed

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has limited the scope of a claim for a monetary judgment in Information Systems & Networks Corp.’s contract dispute against the U.S. government over payment for indirect costs.

Judge Christine O.C. Miller of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims issued an order Tuesday granting in part and denying in part the government’s request to toss the money claim from the suit before trial.
