9th Circ. Nixes Suit Over Verizon Termination Fees

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a putative class action that accused Verizon Internet Services Inc. of charging consumers excessive fees for backing out of Internet service agreements.
