DCS Loses Challenge To $64M Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected DCS Corp.’s challenge to the U.S. government’s grant of a $64 million contract for improved aircraft weaponry to Survice Engineering Corp.

On Monday, Judge James Merow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims entered a sealed judgment in favor of the defendants, rejecting DCS’s argument that the U.S. Department of the Air Force awarded the contract to the bidder with a weaker record.
