FedEx Bid To Dismiss Discrimination Case Fails
FedEx had argued that the four Arab-American drivers who filed the complaint are independent contractors and ineligible for protection under the state's anti-discrimination law. The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ruled against FedEx’s motion to dismiss the complaint on Feb. 14.
