Brother Printer Ink Cartridge Class Action Booted Again

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has for the second time dismissed a putative class action alleging Brother International Corp. printers cheated consumers out of toner by shutting down before the ink in a cartridge could run out.

Judge Freda L.
