Virgin Media, BSkyB Feud May Fly Into High Court

Law360 (March 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Fueling the battle between Britain’s top two media conglomerates, Virgin Media has threatened to take British Sky Broadcasting to the United Kingdom High Court if their dispute over the price of certain channels is not resolved in 30 days.

Virgin Media, owned by British media mogul Richard Branson, and BSkyB, owned by News Corp. billionaire Rupert Murdoch, have been deadlocked in a bitter fight over subscription charges.
