Farmers Seek Class Cert. In Suits Over USDA Program

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Ranch operators are seeking class certification in a case accusing a U.S. Department of Agriculture agency of improperly blocking as many as 1.8 million farmers and ranchers from participating in a conservation contract program.
