High Court Won't Hear Talisman Human Rights Case

Law360 (October 4, 2010, 12:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal of the dismissal of a case accusing Canadian oil company Talisman Energy Inc. of helping the Sudanese government commit war crimes and human rights abuses.

The high court did not provide any reason for its decision.
