DOT Nagle Case Stayed Pending Appeal Of Immunity

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday stayed the case of Joseph Nagle, who is scheduled to go on trial this month for alleged fraud related to a government contracting program, while federal prosecutors appeal a decision that granted judicial immunity to a co-defendant so he could testify in Nagle’s defense.
