Delta Sues LAX, City Over Airport Terminal Lease

Law360 (March 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. has filed a lawsuit over its lease with Los Angeles International Airport, seeking a declaratory judgment and an injunction to stop the airport and the City of Los Angeles from terminating the agreement.
