Judge Pares Down Red River Qui Tam Contract Dispute

Law360 (October 6, 2010, 3:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed a qui tam suit accusing Red River Service Corp. and a U.S. Air Force flight chief of finagling an extra $6.1 million out of a contract for telecommunications work at an Air Force base.

Judge David L. Russell issued his sealed order in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on Tuesday, granting in part and denying in part the defendants' motions for summary judgment.
