Ex-Crispo Servers Win Initial Cert. On FLSA Claims

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 1:10 PM EDT) -- A group of former servers at New York eatery Crispo has won its bid for conditional certification of Fair Labor Standards Act claims in a suit accusing the restaurant of failing to pay tipped hourly employees proper regular and overtime wages.
