New Draft Of Anti-Counterfeiting Treaty Draws Criticism

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 2:49 PM EDT) -- The latest draft of a controversial trade agreement to expand international intellectual property enforcement deletes certain provisions that initially alarmed many U.S. technology companies, but industry advocates say the treaty's scope may still be too broad.
