Audi Owner Sues VW Over Alleged Headlight Defect

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A luxury car owner has slapped Volkswagen Group of America Inc. with a proposed class action alleging some of the company's Audi vehicles are equipped with headlights that sporadically shut off, exposing drivers to significant danger.
