2nd Circ. Revives Claim By Fired MSNBC Reporter

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has sent a wrongful termination suit, including a breach of contract charge, brought by a former MSNBC reporter back to a lower court, saying a judge erred in ruling that the wording of certain e-mails the reporter had sent to supervisors constituted her resignation.
