Judge Approves Lenders' Plan For Bosque Power

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 2:11 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy court judge has given final approval to a reorganization plan for Bosque Power Co. LLC put forth by the electric utility's senior lenders.

Judge Ronald B. King of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas signed the order Thursday.

Holders of more than $415 million in secured debt would receive a pro rata share of 100 percent of the equity in the reorganized Bosque under the plan. The lenders, led by units of Credit Suisse AG, said most other creditors would...
