Dick's Fraud Case Goes Forward Despite Skilling Ruling

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 2:41 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the fraud case against two former executives of Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. can go forward even though the government cannot use the honest services theory of fraud in light of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.
