SEC Must Produce Evidence On Pentagon Witnesses

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 6:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to produce the exhibits it relied on when questioning witnesses in the agency's investigation of hedge fund adviser Pentagon Capital Management PLC, which is accused of reaping $62 million through a deceptive market-timing scheme.
