Relacore Makers Hit With Fraud, Racketeering Action

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 1:10 PM EDT) -- A Florida woman and a New Jersey man have have filed a putative class action accusing Basic Research LLC and its principals, makers of Relacore and Relacore Extra, of fraud, racketeering and deceptive advertising for their claims that the dietary supplements help people reduce anxiety and lose weight.
