DLA Piper Lures Ex-Greenberg Gov't Contractor Advisor

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 6:22 PM EDT) -- DLA Piper has nabbed a new chair for its defense and government services transactional practice, hiring a former Greenberg Traurig LLP partner with expertise in advising government contractors in corporate finance matters.

Jeffrey R. Houle, former chair of Greenberg Traurig's regional corporate practice group, will join DLA's Washington, D.C. office, where he will continue to represent government contractors and other companies in M&A and financing transactions, the firm announced Tuesday.
