Maryland Enterprise Appeals Lease Suit Against GSA

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 7:42 PM EDT) -- Maryland Enterprise LLC has asked an appeals court to revive a suit the company brought against the United States that claimed the government ordered some $37 million in modifications to a Maryland Enterprise-owned building in violation of a contracted lease agreement.
