Apple Plaintiffs Bring On Ads In IPad Overheating Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a class action that claims Apple Inc.'s iPad overheats and shuts down when used in the sun have amended their complaint to include examples of advertisements that misled them into thinking the tablet computer worked outdoors.
