Westgate FLSA Plaintiffs Likely To Face Sanctions

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 2:29 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has asked her court to sanction about two dozen opt-in plaintiffs in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit against time-share manager Westgate Resorts Inc. brought by salesmen and closing officers who claim they were shorted on overtime pay.
