Citigroup Used Layoffs To Cull Women: Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Citigroup Inc. used widespread company layoffs in 2008 as a way to illegally terminate female employees, according to a proposed gender discrimination class action against the company.
